These Terms and Conditions describe use of fireballbrunei.com and its online ordering facilities. Fireball Brunei supplies automotive detailing and car-care products.
Product information and enquiries
Review the relevant product description, size or variant and displayed price before ordering. Where a product is marked “Contact us for price”, contact Fireball Brunei for its price and purchasing details. The Contact form is available for product questions and support enquiries.
Online orders
The store uses WooCommerce to record orders. Check your selected products, quantities, contact details and delivery address before submitting an order. Keep your order number for payment references and correspondence. If you notice an error in your submitted details, contact Fireball Brunei with your order number.
Prices and payment
Store prices are displayed in Brunei dollars (BND). Review the order total and applicable shipping charge at checkout.
The currently configured payment method is BIBD Bank Transfer. Transfer the exact order total using the instructions supplied and use your WooCommerce Order ID as the payment reference. As stated in the checkout payment instructions, your order remains pending until payment is verified.
Delivery/Shipping Policy
The store is configured for shipping within Brunei. For standard delivery areas, a BND 5 flat-rate delivery method is available, with free shipping configured for a minimum order amount of BND 50 after coupon discounts. Review the available method and final charge at checkout. No shipping method is currently configured for destinations outside Brunei.
Delivery Schedule
Orders will be delivered the next day once payment has been confirmed
Temburong and Remote Areas
For deliveries to Temburong and remote areas, please contact us via WhatsApp with your location before placing an order. Delivery availability, charges, and the delivery date will be confirmed individually.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
Customers may cancel before their order has been dispatched. Contact Fireball Brunei promptly with your order number to request cancellation.
Returns for change of mind are not accepted. Incorrect, damaged or defective products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with photos and proof of purchase. Eligible cases will receive a replacement or refund. Send your report to fireballbrunei@gmail.com, or contact us using the details below.
Customer information and third-party services
Information supplied through the Contact form, customer accounts and checkout is addressed in our Privacy Policy. Google Maps and social-media links provide access to third-party services. Use of those services, and of your banking service when making a transfer, is subject to the relevant provider’s terms.
