Contact-form enquiries
The Contact form asks for your first name, last name, email address and message. Your submission is saved on the website and a notification is emailed to Fireball Brunei. These details allow us to review your enquiry and reply using the email address you provide. Please do not include passwords, full payment-card details or information unrelated to your enquiry.
Shopping, orders and customer accounts
Our online store uses WooCommerce. Fireball Brunei Mail is the Google OAuth application used by WP Mail SMTP to connect this website to Fireball Brunei’s Gmail account for sending website email. Contact-form notifications are sent to fireballbrunei@gmail.com. Email addresses, message contents and related delivery information are processed through Google/Gmail when website email is sent. This connection is for the business account; customers do not need to authorise access to their own Google accounts to submit the Contact form.
